I am grateful for this beautiful activity. I must say that I feel good. I found it difficult to receive the nice comments and not be able to say anything, but I believe it is an important process to do for ourself. A nice gift to make!

The small team game was very enjoyable. It allowed us to express emotions and discuss topics that we don't usually talk about with others. The large group part was more laborious. I was sitting at the back of the room and couldn't really hear what was going on.
